This policy explains what Skape collects, why, and who it goes to. It describes the app as it is built today.
Skape has no accounts and never asks for your name. On first launch the app creates a random identifier and stores it in your iCloud Keychain (or on the device if iCloud Keychain is unavailable). It is used to keep your free credit and usage limits consistent if you reinstall the app, and to link analytics from the same install.

When you create a redesign, the photo you choose and the style you pick are sent to an AI provider to generate the result: OpenAI (through our server, which counts usage per app identifier to enforce limits) or Google Gemini. When you use Review My Space, your photo is sent to Google Gemini through Google Firebase. The providers process these images to return the result to you, under their own terms.
Skape asks your permission before tracking, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Only if you allow it, your device's advertising identifier is shared with AppsFlyer and Meta to measure which advertising led to an install. If you decline, it is not shared. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Skape does not use your microphone and never records audio.
Subscriptions and credit packs are sold by Apple through the App Store. We never see your card or payment details. RevenueCat receives the purchase record and a random app user ID so the app knows what you have bought. You can restore purchases from the subscription screen in the app, and cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Deleting a design in the app removes it from your in-app history on your device. Stored photos and designs are kept with Supabase until we are asked to delete them; because they carry random file names and are not linked to you, email us at [email protected] and we will help you identify and remove them. Contact Us messages are stored so we can reply. Analytics providers keep data according to their own retention settings.
Only the service providers named above, each for the purpose described: Google (Firebase and Gemini), OpenAI, Supabase, Microsoft (Clarity), AppsFlyer, Meta, RevenueCat and Apple. We do not sell your personal data.
Skape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
If the app starts collecting something new, we will update this page and its effective date.
